Yes! While we do not bill insurance companies directly, we’re happy to provide you with detailed invoices and medical notes to help you file your claim for reimbursement.

Wellness plans cover routine needs, such as exams, vaccines, and dental cleanings, offering peace of mind for everyday health. Pet insurance, purchased through a third-party provider, helps cover unexpected illnesses or emergencies. Since our plans are hospital-exclusive, many pet parents opt for both to ensure complete protection and care in all situations.

You can request a refill by calling our office, submitting a request through our PetDesk app, or using our online pharmacy. Please allow at least 24–48 hours for prescription approvals. Some medications may require an exam or updated lab work before refilling.

We reserve a limited number of same-day appointments for urgent needs. Please schedule online or call us as early as possible to check availability.
